"Perfinicky" Real word or not. Settle this for me folks (Do this without googling, i want to know if you've heard the word or not, not if the OED thinks it is one)

this has been so weird. about 7 of the ~20 people I have polled here and on various messaging apps swear they know this word and they all believe it means approximately the same thing, terribly anal or picky. when did this word enter our minds and why does it not exist in other people's minds/

there are many other examples, some in news papers, mostly on blogs and comments etc. indicating that a wide bunch of people from around the world believe that this word exists and it means fussy
