Das<p>Some time ago decided to try <a href="https://mastodon.online/tags/3DPrinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>3DPrinting</span></a> for <a href="https://mastodon.online/tags/Food" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Food</span></a> (not 3D printed food!) - with this sprouting lid for a mason jar (and stand). <br>Been a while since I mung beans sprouted so tried it this way now. Quite convenient, filling and emptying the jars and kept in stand draining under a box to keep light out. Amro has been<p>*pouts* 3d printing is stupid... Firsts I keep running out of PET filament (recycled, G or otherwise). Then the last spool tangles and the last 25% of a 10 hour printjob just fails.<br>The next morning I discover that the lettering on the print bed is not acetone proof. Mr B<p>I am having my first print with a <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/982898-delta-flyer-delta-3d-printer" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Rolohaun Delta Flyer</a>. It's pretty noisy, but it's my first working delta printer. I'm curious to see how fast I can push it. I'm a little impressed that it succeeded on its first print without even doing advanced calibration.</p><p><a href="https://youtu.be/sbU08fNBo1I?si=oG0PCt5VdMu_tbpb" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Kits for an improved version of this printer will be going on sale from LDO motors in the near future.</a></p><p>I used motors and rods from an old Anet A8, which was the first printer that was my own. Here's two T-connectors that snap on the existing bars to fix a new 10 mm bar in place.</p><p>Also makes it all more rigid and pretty.
