Sam Wilson
I've enabled #Anubis on #Wikisource Export and it does seem to be as great as everyone's been saying these last few months. Not sure if it's clobbering anyone's particular workflows, but having the service up and running seems like a good thing (and if any real people's scripts are now breaking, we have a secret other instance running for you!).

coldclimate
Sunday afternoon tech yak shaving.
I want to write blog post about making trifle (really) but I hate the idea I write it and shitty AI companies scrape it.
So I started to try and work out how to glue #anubis together with Caddy for multiple domains, but I don't really want to install Docker on this new machine, so I headed down the route of #podman installed via brew.

And now, no matter what is in my compose.yaml file I get...

WARNING:podman_compose:missing services [compose.yaml]
Error: executing /opt/homebrew/bin/podman-compose up compose.yaml: exit status 1

Which is all very vexing when really I just want to blog about jasmine scented custard

naladahc
Katherine Makoyana is another artist whose galleries have caused me to waste much time.

This piece with Anubis weighing the human heart against the feather of Maat, while Thoth records the result is pretty fine.

I especially live the incorporation of Maat herself as the "scales". Joel Carnat ♑ 🤪
I don’t know who needs to hear this but compiling www/anubis from ports-current on #OpenBSD -stable works ok. And indeed, sending the #Anubis package to a remote -stable server and use ˋpkg_add -D unsigned ./anubis(…)` to upgrade also works.

(currently live on the blog which has an unpronounceable name ;-)

But I have a stupid question: would this also interfere with content being found through Google search results, etc? I'm really unfamiliar with this, and I'd want to know if there are any major drawbacks to using it (other than it uses Javascript)
