The terms 'Palestine' and 'Philistine' are related. Attempting to make an issue of that merely emphasises the base character of hasbara.

National Zionism has nothing to do with geography. Sites around the globe were considered for the Judenstaat. Palestine was chosen for the potential to exploit Jewish mythology. But thanks for pointing out that Jerusalem was not in the Kingdom of Israel.

National Socialism and National Zionism evolved close together in time and place. They're sibling ideologies. The Zionist form arose first. It's the elder sibling.

The "Jewish people" has proved no more valid than the "Aryan race". National Zionist ideology therefore has no foundation. The artificial structure named "Israel" cannot stand.

Gaza’s Health Ministry reports that at least 360 medical personnel have been arrested by Israel inside the enclave since the start of the war and those detained are “living in tragic and harsh conditions”.

Among the detainees are doctors, further depriving thousands of wounded Palestinians of medical care, the ministry said in a statement.

It called for urgent international intervention “to criminalise the occupation’s practices against imprisoned medical staff and to pressure for their release”.

The Israeli army has killed at least 1,400 healthcare and medical workers across Gaza since the start of the war in October 2023, according to the ministry.

Yeah @holdenweb , @flawed should be more moderate. I mentally substitute "Israeli National Zionist" for his less temperate language.

From what I hear, it's hard being Jewish these days. Particularly for those who refuse to toe the Zionist line.

The loudest voices tell us that Zionists are a majority in Jewish communities, but it's impossible to know. Any who aren't Zionists are intimidated into silence.

The image is from the US, four decades ago, but pretty much sums up how many Jewish people are feeling these days. Unseen and unheard.
