Das Landgericht Hamburg billigt das Vorgehen der Psychiatrie und straft die Eltern des Patienten ab, nachdem diese es wagten, sich an den ndr zu wenden.Mit 17 (!) in das Zwangsystem gelangt, sitzt Christoph M. noch heute, sieben Jahre später, auf der Zugangsstation. Vollgepumpt mit Medikamenten, isoliert, verängstigt. Ihm wurde neben Schizophrenie, auch eine Autismus-Spektrum "Störung" attestiert, wobei letztere offenbar nicht wirklich behandelt wird.Alleine in Hamburg sitzen über 40 Menschen schon länger als 10 Jahre in der forensischen Psychiatrie.Ein weiteres Problem dürfte sein, dass sich Hamburgs Senat und dessen Sozialbehörde, hier des Themas weitestgehend entledigt haben, indem sie Forensik einem privaten Träger überlassen haben.
