I never call “customer service” numbers unless I have a problem so complex that it requires a Real Person.</p><p>I’m just trying to do the right thing and report the lost card, but Citibank made it. I wanted to call them to report the lost card.</p><p>The automated system first asked me to enter the card number. I refused because it’s not my card. Next, it told me to enter my social security number. petersuber<p>I just spent way too much time working through the inflexible menu tree of an online pharmacy. Eventually I talked with a helpful human. I agreed to take a survey afterwards in order to give sharp feedback on the automated menu tree. But of course the survey was automated too.
