GGZ TotaalOngeveer tweederde van de cliënten in de langdurige ggz functioneert op het niveau van iemand met licht verstandelijke beperking of zwakbegaafdheid. Dat wordt vaak over het hoofd gezien. Daarvoor is het Doorbraakproject Licht Verstandelijke Beperking (LVB) in de ggz in het leven geroepen. Alle Varianten sind irgendwo infrastrukturell begrenzt. Eine mögliche Stellschraube ist Kapazität pro Wagenlänge. Die Trams irgendwann breiter zu machen ist ein Langfristplan, der seit Jahrzehnten (!) verfolgt wird und weitsichtige Planung bei Strecken- und Wagenbau erfordert.
