After attending #NeurIPS2022 (my first in-person conference), I can honestly say I never appreciated how underrated workshops are.
The quality and flow of discussions are so much better than the main poster sessions. You actually get to discuss nuances and ideas with authors and there is no sense of rushing about to see other papers.
