This message of #Nextcloud is quite irritating. Not even by a *patch* version? Besides, there can be very good reasons for downgrading.

“Can't start Nextcloud because the version of the data (31.0.7.1) is higher than the docker image version (31.0.6.2) and downgrading is not supported.”

Ich hab NOCH ein Problem. Und zwar mit #Nextcloud

Ich hab eine ziemlich umfangreiche Fotosammlung. Und ich hab gestern festgestellt, dass ich so zwischen 80 und 90GB nur Vorschaubilder in meiner Nextcloud hatte...

Da wollte ich jetzt die Größe reduzieren. Und hab als maximale Preview-Größe 256x256 Pixel eingestellt. Denn die Vorschaubilder in dieser Größe sollten allemal am Smartphone und am PC reichen.

Und jetzt stelle ich fest, die Nextcloud zeigt NUR und AUSSCHLIESSLICh Previewbilder an. Auch wenn man ein Bild anklickt und öffnet... zeigt sie nur das Vorschaubild an. Was natürlich jetzt shice aussieht.

Gibt es möglichkeiten in der Nextcloud, dass diese die originalen Bilder anzeigt?

My hypothesis worked.

I wiped Eden's .local & .config & storage data on the Steam Deck. Copied the .local & storage data over from the Bazzite HTPC. Now both machines have matching Eden user profile IDs and sync to the same ID on Nextcloud.

Though it sunk in to me that it's only a one-way cloud backup to Nextcloud from either device. Actually syncing between devices costs $48/year. That's a tough proposition.

Finally managed to get Emudeck CloudSync working with Nextcloud between my Steam Deck & Bazzite on my HTPC.

Gotta bang on it for a bit to try and get Nintendo Switch user profiles the same on both machines.

I think I need to totally wipe the Eden install on one machine, then sync the NAND data over from the other. Then do the new-user setup from scratch (hopefully inheriting the save & profile data I synced over)
