The reporters have analyzed it, root caused it, found the commit causing it, provided reproducers, reported to mailing list and bugzilla, provided tentative patches. On the kernel side? Crickets. <a href="https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=218916" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.c</span><span class="invisible">gi?id=218916</span></a> <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/wedonotbreakuserspace" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>wedonotbreakuserspace</span></a></p>
