The Norwegian Research Council (Forskningsrådet), which is a centralized organ for research funding in Norway, has allocated ~10 million dollars for the "recruitment of international researchers", in a response to Trump's war on #academia in the United States.
They expect to recruit 30-50 researchers in this manner. Applications are to start next month (whether for institutions or individuals it doesn't say)
