Dendrobatus Azureus<p>I am reading up on Nixie tubes for a very nice and interesting Raspberry Pi interfacing project </p><p>What I want to achieve is literally controlling the high voltage / current tubes through bridging Hardware with my SBC Raspberry Pie5 </p><p><a href="https://vacuum-tubes.com/nixie-tubes-guide/" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">vacuum-tubes.com/nixie-tubes-g</span><span class="invisible">uide/</span></a></p><p><a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/Project" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Project</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/SBC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>SBC</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/ARM" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ARM</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/Pie" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Pie</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/Raspberry" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Raspberry</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/OpenSource" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>OpenSource</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/POSIX" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>POSIX</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/Python" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Python</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/programming" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>programming</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/tubes" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>tubes</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/Nixie" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Nixie</span></a></p>
Dendrobatus Azureus<p>Is there anyone here who has worked with these kind of vacuum tubes? Are there projects released for the Raspberry Pi where I can work with this kind of tubes?</p><p>I not only love the way they look but it would be nice to be able to make a device which looks like this has exactly the same tubes but is controlled in another manner then just the pure wonderful analog way </p><p><a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/Project" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Project</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/SBC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>SBC</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/ARM" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ARM</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/Pie" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Pie</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/Raspberry" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Raspberry</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/OpenSource" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>OpenSource</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/POSIX" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>POSIX</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/Python" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Python</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/programming" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>programming</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/tubes" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>tubes</span></a></p>

Thanks to the SBC distro I've been brought back the the light & powefull LXQt DE. It's a breeze and a whif of elegance in blistering speed to work on the Raspberry Pi5.
I will install LXQt on my X86 system also so that machine can Fly like an Eagle

Thank you for the excellent work programmers!
