Norcal Gma 2<p>Today my back is more comfortable if I am standing up instead of sitting down. <br>While I am standing I put together some muffins. <br>Full of carrots, apples, walnuts, raisins and coconut they are filling and tasty. <br>I used to pick up a morning glory muffin every day with coffee on my way to work. <br>These are smaller but otherwise the same. <br>A few of these will go in the little food pantry in our town and the rest will restock our freezer. <br><a href="https://sfba.social/tags/Baking" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Baking</span></a></p>

Last time the flour to liquid ratio seemed off when kneading. So very sticky. Today's was also sticky, but became manageable quicker.
