Henry Fisher<p>Since January 2024, I have been on a completely carb-free diet. No baked goods, no sugar or sweet fruits. In my experience, the restrictions have had a positive impact on my overall health, as well as on fatigue, motivation, and cognitive abilities. In early November, I completed several important milestones in projects and decided to loosen my grip, allowing myself a small reward.
