I've been offered an #intern for my composing for a few days and I just have no idea what to do with him.

"Help me with my terrible moth infestation in my studio" would actually be super useful, but also possibly not good experience for him (and also I'm embarrassed by my terrible moth infestation).

"Figure out why my SoftStep sometimes crashes on stage" is probably too challenging. I don't even know how to figure this out. As is "write a spell checker plugin for MuseScore" which I think I could figure out....

"Find the aiff and wav files corresponding to every mp3 on my website" would require me to duplicate a hard drive (with g-d knows what personal weird shit) and also reverse engineering the various organisational strategies I've attempted over the years.

"Help me carry some kit to and from the student society concert I'm playing in" might actually hit a good spot in that he'd get to interact some with British students his age, but it's also slightly weird since the programme is imploding right now.

I can't ask him to mark....
