Whiskey JackI decided to try the "Summary by Copilot" feature that's now appearing at the top of every email in Outlook. It look like the summaries strip out all the important points, providing about the same level of detail as the email subject line, in other words it removed the nuance and details that make the emails meaningful to me.There are many claims that AI will deliver "big things,", perhaps I'm "AI challenged" and unable to see those benefits in my own experience. For instance, the integration with VS Code often generates code that, at best, introduces errors in obscure places, increasing my workload.My interactions with ChatGPT and Copilot online start off well, and as the conversation progresses the responses often become inaccurate or even bizarre. I appreciated the convenience of asking a question directly rather than refining search terms, but the novelty is wearing off.
