This is the final part of my ride, which went all the way up to this morning early

Rode a loop taking in the Ard Rock Mountain Bike Festival today. It's bloody huge! Enduro is not my thing and I didn't even watch any of the racing, but had a good time catching up with mates on trade stands and watched the kids taking advantage of the airbag. #mtb #cycling

Bike ride from Höganäs to Kullaberg. A bit too many people hiking to be able to ride the way I like, but only to be expected in the middle of summer.
Very nice views and nature.

One of the more technical trails in the area. Only about 8 miles, but it's littered with rocks and more complex technical features. Extra painful in the Texas summer.

The first part of my training session for today. Make sure to use your threaded rods3 experience to have everything on your bike torqued to the proper levels. Always use your torque wrenches

I'm learning how to use it properly. I tried to capture some impressions from our #cycling ride last weekend near #Tegernsee. (And learned that I should really buy an appropriate SD Card.)

Don't worry, I'm still commited to photography! But I wanted that gadget for quite a while and especially for cycling it's more handy than the mobile.

War endlich mal wieder mit dem #MTB raus und war von der uralten 3x8 Schaltung so angenervt, dass ich direkt Upgrade-Teile bestellt hab, die den bisherigen Wert des Rads möglicherweise übersteigen. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ended up doing a quick evening ride at one of the closer trails to my house and did a test record with an external mic. Sounds so much better! More bike/trail sounds and less heavy breathing. This trail has a lot of really fun features.
