Alllmost done with the layout for rev 5 of the Deimos DAQ! The sensor frontends are set, just have to route the signals and power rails, and it'll be ready to send off for fabrication.
This rev reworks the channel configuration to add more raw voltages, swaps screw terminals out in favor of lever-wire connectors, and adds active analog filters on every input channel. Despite a host of improvements, this rev is smaller, cheaper, and uses fewer unique parts.
I'm also going to try something new with signal routing, and send most of the routing around the outside instead of through the middle. I already have to reserve space around the outside for silkscreen labels, which leaves some convenient space for routing; using that space instead of the middle then relaxes constraints on the shape of the sensor frontend circuit blocks.
