It turns out the City of Portland has these weird, secret, invite-only meetings with local "community members" that they're calling the "Problem Solver Network." They're making major policy changes and reversing the decisions made at long-fought out public decision-making processes. It's a huge violation of Oregon Public Meetings laws so I just reported them.
