Lennart Kolmodin<p>Uninstalled the meCoffee PID from my Rancilio Silvia V5 E. The meCoffee company went bankrupt a few years ago and they removed the app from the Google Play Store, making the PID much less useful. It took a few hours to rewire everything and I was happy to find that people have made wiring diagrams for unmodified machines. The Silvia is a popular machine amongst enthusiasts, it only lacks good temperature regulation (and possibly dual boilers). The Pro X model fixes both these shortcomings but at more than twice the price. For many people the regular Silvia modded with a third party PID will still be the way to go.</p><p>The Android and iOS apps were actually open sourced but it appears nobody continued on the Android app. From a look at it the code is in pretty bad shape.</p><p><a href="https://functional.cafe/tags/espresso" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>espresso</span></a> <a href="https://functional.cafe/tags/rancilio" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>rancilio</span></a> <a href="https://functional.cafe/tags/silvia" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>silvia</span></a> <a href="https://functional.cafe/tags/pid" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>pid</span></a></p>

KOMET<p>Wir arbeiten daran, die <a href="https://openbiblio.social/tags/PID" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>PID</span></a>-Unterstützung in Open Journal Systems (<a href="https://openbiblio.social/tags/OJS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>OJS</span></a>) zu verbessern. Unsere ROR-Integration hat es nun in den Core geschafft, steht also in der nächsten OJS-Version automatisch allen zur Verfügung. </p><p>Der Release Candidate 2 wurde nun vom <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.social/@PublicKnowledgeProject" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>PublicKnowledgeProject</span></a></span> für Tests veröffentlicht. Nun gilt es, letzte Fehler zu finden! </p><p>Weitere Infos und Links:<br><a href="https://projects.tib.eu/optimeta/en/news/detail/jetzt-testen-ror-integration-in-ojs-omp-and-ops-350rc2/" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">projects.tib.eu/optimeta/en/ne</span><span class="invisible">ws/detail/jetzt-testen-ror-integration-in-ojs-omp-and-ops-350rc2/</span></a></p><p><a href="https://openbiblio.social/tags/OffeneForschungsinformationen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>OffeneForschungsinformationen</span></a> <a href="https://openbiblio.social/tags/OpenAccess" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>OpenAccess</span></a> <a href="https://openbiblio.social/tags/Metadata" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Metadata</span></a></p>
