Tonight’s plate: airFried bittermelons, pickled daikon slices (called takuan), raw sliced zucchini, jasmine rice, green lentils with quinoa and red lentils topped with avocado bits and cherry tomato halves and cilantro. Also had some steamed corn tortillas.

If you care about our planet and have some ethics, there's no argument to continue consuming dairy products. Ideally we would stop❌ consuming dairy products completely – but maybe you can at least reduce your milk and dairy consumption? 📉 That's what I'm doing.

habt Ihr ein Rezept für ein fleischloses "Sonntagsessen" bzw. einen "Festtagsbraten"?

Ich mache solche Dinge gar nicht, aber zu Festivus erfordert die Anwesenheit eines Fleischessers einen Kompromiss, der allen schmeckt. Letztes Jahr war es ein extrem leckerer Nussbraten mit Stampfkartoffeln und Rosenkohl, dieses Jahr soll es etwas anderes werden.

Bisheriger Favorit ist Kürbislasagne mit Sonnenblumenhack und einem schicken Salat.
