Das ist aus der Zeit gefallen und die Satzung wurde an vielen Stellen schon durchlöchert. Dennoch: Sie muß weg!☀️ Auch das Verbot von Solargeräten mit mehr als 80 Wp Leistung (!) in der Kleingartensatzung muß weg. Das ist völliger Quatsch und das Bundeskleingartensetz fordert das auch nicht.
