#OTD in 1967, Belgian surrealist painter René Magritte died in Brussels. He is considered one of the greatest surrealist. Last year one of his paintings was sold for a whopping $121 million.

Lighthouse Keeper - just over 2 hours to draw. I had to rename it because I forgot about the earlier lighthouse I had drawn. Oops!
Aughnanure Tower (v2.0) - 2014;
Inside one of the towers (defensive tower) of Aughnanure (if you've seen my post yesterday, it was the one on far right). I think I've used Mercator style here for this vertical one. The whole in the ceiling is actually for archers on the above chamber (unreachable when I went there) to shoot at intruders. I can't quite recall the whole plan of the castle or fort, but all that remains now is just a low wall and 2 towers, which makes it hard to imagine how effective this was!
