Trace d'archiviste : un fantôme de consultation de dossier par l'abbé François Blouin en 1946 ! Il travaillait pour les archives départementales de Maine-et-Loire et consultait les procès verbaux du Conseil des bâtiments civils de 1840-1842.
Le fantôme, trouvé dans une boite qui n'avait rien à voir, a peut-être été ré-employé comme chemise de classement.

Elle enrichit les informations à partir du fichier #INSEE des décès, des listes existantes dans #wikipedia, d'un annuaire, du JO...
Les données sont mises à jour en fonction des décès et des nouveaux dossiers de carrière qui arrivent aux #ArchivesNationales

Elle utilise principalement #OpenRefine

Les limites : pas de dates précises pour la prise de fonction mais seulement l'année, prédécesseur et successeur à compléter, extension à d'autres fonctionnaires.

Le partenariat avec #WikimediaFrance date de 2013 et les #ArchivesNationales ont obtenu le label #CultureLibre niveau argent en 2023.

D'habitude, Maïwenn Bourdic intervient plutôt sur #wikicommons, où 70% des images ont été versées par des wikipédiens, avec des millions de vues.

Aujourd'hui, elle présente son travail sur les données sur les préfets en France. Elle s'appuie sur 2 dictionnaires biographiques parus en 1981 et 1984.

C'est le début de la semaine internationale des #archives ! Cette édition #IAW2025 est consacrée aux #ArchivesAccessibles

Des #archives accessibles, en 2025 (environ 10 ans après les lois Valter et Lemaire en France), ce sont, à mon sens, des archives accessibles à toutes les usages et usagers, respectueuses du #domainepublic comme du #droitdauteur, sans filigrane et licences de réutilisation abusive (pour ce que ça rapporte... aka rien).

Et pour cette #journéeinternationaledesarchives, un petit #gifanimé avec un Félix le chat psychédélique.
