I fell into the water trying to cross the shallow section of the creek on my bike 
I was simply stupid 
I have fallen in plenty of times while fishing, though 
I was careful on my way back and pushed my bike to cross back the creek 
I want to go outside for a bit 
Hopefully the late afternoon meeting won’t run too long…
The township website features many low-traffic bike routes 
Although the distance is twice as long, biking to my favorite fishing spot is much more enjoyable

Last time when I came here by bike, I had a tenkara rod
This time, I’m just riding home, uphill all the way

There is a cafe for cyclists along the Schuylkill River Trail
Looks like it’s where people show off their bikes and stylish gear….reminds me a lot of fly anglers
My 24-year old bike definitely doesn’t fit in

Too hot for trout, and for me 
Bike riding is still very warm but the downhills cool me off
Wet wading for smallmouth bass helps me cool down too
But for now, I think I will stick with the bike

Smallmouth, they are lurking under the bridge, and occasionally, holdover Brown trout

Trying not to ruin his new bike
With WD-40 and lubricant, I think my old bike (blue) is now back to life
Still my son’s new bike (brown ) looks way better, though

As soon as I enter the woods, I was attacked by a bunch of mosquitoes
Thanks to a permethrin-treated shirt and DEET, they didn’t bite me, but my walking speed increased and eventually turned into a light jog
