Für die Sovereign Tech Agency ist 2025 das erste Jahr des Fellowship-Programms. Sechs Maintainer:innen erhalten dabei strukturelle und finanzielle Unterstützung für ihre wichtige Arbeit. Ziel des Pilotprogramms ist es, Expert:innen über einzelne Technologie- Projekte und Branchen hinweg zu unterstützen und das Open-Source-Ökosystem somit widerstandsfähiger und nachhaltiger zu machen.

This What’s in the SOSS? podcast is a special #MaintainerMonth episode featuring GitHub’s Securing Open Source Software Fund—where training meets funding to help OSS projects scale security.
