955_36<p>This article sure hit home and confirms much of what I suspected in my dealings with Blue Shield, such as incomprehensible phone trees, missing records, dropped calls, and repeated refusals to refer the case to a supervisor. In my case, I was lucky California has an insurance office you can get involved to help with a complaint. Currently the gutters next to A and L on their software keyboard are dead zones. Best practice is that the entire keyboard area should be a live tap zone, with those gutters translating to A and L respectively (this is how all native software keyboards work).
