I have terrible balance. So not great at staying standing in the sea on a paddleboarding, but had fun on day 2 of my membership at Centre Municipal Vela.

Paddleboarders enjoying a trip through Glasgow along the Clyde today. I really don't understand why the Clyde isn't more commonly used for watersports as it's a great space for them, and gives a unique view of the city and its architecture.

I was in Dún Laoghaire today on a beautiful afternoon. Sandycove Beach and the Forty Foot were both thronged with swimmers and people relaxing. I wish I brought my togs and a towel, but I had my camera and snapped a photo of this gentleman with his dog out on the water, paddleboarding!

Here's some slomo footage of Matt and a couple of photos showing how foggy it was when we first reached Rocky in the Mather Gorge. The river was rising and the water level was fairly high (about 13.9kcfs). The boils on the eddy line look wild!
