Wow! I have been trying to find this #song for over four decades. I heard it on a #cassette tape and absolutely loved it. 
I took it to my high school French #teacher, and in her usual helpful and encouraging manner she claimed she couldn't understand it at all and so couldn't help me with any aspect of #transcribing or even #translating it. 
I could understand some of the words, but not enough of them to be able to ever hope to translate it. The few bits I caught led me to suspect it was a song about the Lord Randall poisoning story, but I see now that I am incorrect. 
Gorgeous song nonetheless.
