Last week I was wondering if I could shave off another 10s in #Parkrun. Well folks, how about 21s? This week I ran in #Redmond Central Connector Trail Parkrun: time 21:12, and #Strava reported a 5K #PR at time 21:11 pace 6’49"/mi!
My Parkrun PR is still cursed with last year's Turkey Trot w/ a slightly shorter course (changed on that day due to trail condition): 21:05. But hey, this year is still young!
