Hey just started using #PipePipe from @fdroidorg to watch googtube videos and its been veeery good so far!! Stable, no ads, can play audio with screen off / switched to other app, resume where you left off, full of features without needing to be logged in... pretty impressive.

I can't remember who mentioned only being able to get #360p on #NewPipe, but I'm watching at 1080p on #PipePipe (a newpipe clone) now, so hopefully it's fixed on the latest NewPipe as well.
Make sure you're using NewPipe's own f-droid repo, or the #IzzyOnDroid one. I'm a big fan of using #FDroid's builds, but you gotta "chase the bram" on stuff like this.

@Ed_auf_Crack Ich kann auch nur noch in 360p Videos anschauen. Aber bei #PipePipe funktioniert bei mir der Audiodownload und auch höhere Auflösung noch :)

@hailey I am quite happy with @GrapheneOS and @fdroidorg on my phone.
I almost never see ads even when using proprietary apps I can't avoid.
#PipePipe, a fork of @newpipe even ads ad-filtering to Youtube, skipping ads in parts of videos playing.
Not perfect but close enough for me...

Watching PeerTube is a blast in NewPipe Tubular & PipePipe. I get utter joy in using all three clients

Small update of my #calyxos on a Moto G32 experience.
After 25 hours and 'normal' (haha, what IS that exactly!?) usage, I have battery at 48% which is pretty damn impressive.
Have setup a full backup to my self hosted #NextCloud which was a built in option in the CalyxOS. All seems to work fine.
Did a bit of tube surfing with FOSS app #PipePipe Excellent work by that dev! Smooth runnings, no tube ads, nice.
Soon I will have to just get on with real life and forget about it all

Это касается версии 3.7.0
А вот клиенту #Libretube нездоровится из-за новых ограничений гугла.
