@82mhz At the end I installed all necessary software inside Docker with ubuntu:20.04 and managed to run it and successfully compiled and executed "Hello world" in the #Palm emulator.

@82mhz Oh, I have a story with #palm programming!
I have a Palm device which can run #Java ME. JVM for #PalmOS I found easily in the palmdb.net.
But JDK 1.5/1.6, Sun Java Wireless Toolkit and an old Eclipse with WTK support weren't so easy to find. Especially because of "sanctions" which prohibits usual programmer, who born with a "wrong citizenship", to download JDK 1.5.
I found Linux installers in the #InternetArchive and successfully installed them in the Ubuntu 20.04 with some hacking

Yeah, Graffiti 2 a.k.a. Jot was a result of a stupid patent suit. It was nerfed to comply with a court ruling.
I found a Wikipedia article about their non-volatile storage scheme: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-Volatile_File_System
