Shadows of a Lost Giant
The tree stood tall for many years, but last month it was cut down. I felt sad seeing the empty space, but its brittle branches showed it was time. Though it’s gone, I’ll always remember its beauty in spring.

Elegance of the Hibiscus
Buddleia
A flashback to the memory of butterflies flitting around the garden and landing on our buddleia we planted especially for them. The flowers will be blooming again soon and the butterflies will be enjoying all the flowers we planted for them. This buddleia, for those who might be concerned, does not spread, is not invasive.
