Trump said on Tues the #FederalGovernment could take control of #Washington, #DC if the local govt "doesn't get its act together," with his comments coming in a social media post complaining about crime in the #US capital.

"The Law in DC must be changed to prosecute these 'minors' as adults, & lock them up for a long time, starting at age 14," Trump posted.

i was #carjacked once. and while i spent a lot of time in SE #DC in my early 20s, the carjacking was in des moines, ia.

i was driving to a former teacher's house to fix her computer or something and i didn't put my contacts in and i was at an intersection and a dude gets in my car and tells me he doesn't want to hurt me, just drive drive! so we're driving, i'm freaking out and he's telling me to turn here, there, starts smoking crack and offers me some and i said "i am DRIVING?" 1/2
