I’m launching a brand-new weekly live event that blends everything I do as a musician, composer, and producer:

🎶 Modular Mondays: Worlds in Sound.

youtu.be/5yF_fn0i7qo

📆 Every Monday at 8 PM CET — on my YouTube channel.

Each week, I’ll create music for an imaginary video game, using a visual prompt, narrative idea, or cue. The entire soundtrack will be built live using modular synthesizers — software, hardware, or both. The only core principles are: improvisation and sonic storytelling.

🌀 We’ll explore modular synthesis together
🎚️ Test out software & hardware modules
🧠 Dive into my creative process as a composer
✨ Blend ambient, electronica, techno, cinematic, acid, post-rock, breakbeat, and more

The music we record will evolve into a digital album, available on Bandcamp and as exclusive content for my Patreon, including loops, stems, and samples.

🎮 Indie game devs: you’re welcome to use the tracks in your projects — get in touch!

Whether you’re a synth nerd, game composer, ambient music fan, or just want to unwind and get inspired, I have a seat for you on the spaceship to join me on this journey.

"The Raw Stuff" - First Renoise Break Beats...

When I had an Amiga 500 back in the 80ies, I never used trackers but mostly worked with "Bars and Pipes".
But now after 10 years of Bitwig Studio and some toe-dipping into Tidal Cycles, I find the tracker workflow actually refreshing.

30 years ago today, Underworld released 'Born Slippy' and with it the B-side '.NUXX', which became one of the most timeless and iconic dance songs of the 90s.

“The vocals were done in one take. When I lost my place, I'd repeat the same line; 'lager, lager, lager, lager.'
The first time we played it live, people raised their lager cans and I was horrified because I was still deep into alcoholism.
It was never meant to be a drinking anthem; it was a cry for help.”

Yay! I have new music to share!

I'm honoured to have been invited to contribute a remix to this EP featuring reworks of tracks from JG Stockton's Xylophonics album by great artists like @ordosmarkzero and @ireless.

The full release is tomorrow but we've opened up a pre-order in hopes of enticing anyone checking out music today for #BandcampFriday.

It's a great feeling to inspire people. Here's a remix of our song "GATE TO NOWHERE" by FM Jackson. If you like DNB, breakbeat and electro music, check it out. The visualizer is all about diversity, variety and openness. In music, art, life and humanity.
