The most "successful #9thGenConsole" is the #SteamDeck, because #Nintendo's #Switch2 is merely a "minor upgrade" compared to the #NintendoSwitch, to the point that I think it should've been called "Nintendo Switch Pro" instead of #NintendoSwitch2, tho some people would call the #WiiU an
#8thGenConsole when in fact it's just an overclocked #Wii with #BD-ROM drive and #Touchscreen #Controller, which in and of itself was just a #GameCube with an overclocked yet smaller size CPU and more RAM.

So, when is a stealth game... Not really a stealth game?

I feel Rogue Ops for #GameCube does a good job of being that game.

Stealth games are one of my favourite genres, the joy of completing tasks traceless fills me with such a rush. So, Rogue Ops, a game published by Kemco. I was hoping for a bit of a knock-off Splinter Cell.

Conserve ammo, hide bodies in lockers, QTEs to perform stealth kills, cool spy gadgets.
All sounds somewhat promising.

However, I felt the stealth at times was a theoretical option, have ideas of vision cones on the map, and you can't monitor how much sound you make whilst moving. Much of what i learnt in the tutorial went underused. Coupled with there being loads of situations which are just straight up gun fights.

Ultimately, the game is a bit of a weird love child between Metal Gear Solid and Splinter Cell, and not necessarily in a good way.

Don't play this on Assassin difficulty for sanity sake, as it is incredibly frustrating.

Since tomorrow is the day and the GameCube NSO App is really exciting, I'm going to list a few games I want to see on there. Not saying they are good, but I want people to be able to play them.

P.N.03: Few people remember this entry of the Capcom 5 but I sure owned it and played all the way through it, never quite understanding it on any level. I wonder what I make of it today.

Eternal Darkness: That would be neat, no?

MGS: Twin Snakes: As batshit crazy as it is, it's still a fun version.

Lost Kingdoms 1+2: It's Fromsoftware and I really want to play these because they look WEIRD.

Skies of Arcadia: Just fucking do it.

Die Hard Vengeance: A game I really want to replay at some point. Probably in IP limbo?
